PMO Manager Commercial Finance & Actuarial

Lead end-to-end tracking and delivery of strategic initiatives across the directorate. Maintain portfolio dashboards, monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations. Drive weekly/monthly governance and accountability across workstreams. Support the Sr. Director with executive reporting, presentations, analysis, and decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and regulatory/reporting requirements. Identify process gaps and lead improvement and standardization initiatives. Deliver high-priority special projects, including M&A and operating model initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Chief of Staff, Consulting, or Portfolio Management. Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA/PMP/PgMP is a plus. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios in matrixed organizations. Strong English communication and executive presentation skills; Arabic is a plus. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills; project management tools experience preferred. Strong executive presence, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, discretion, and execution focus.
