You’ll own Plint’s growth in your country. Your job is simple: turn architects, interior designers, and design studios into paying customers using whatever works — Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn, communities, partnerships, or direct outreach. What you’ll do Build and execute a growth plan for your market Create or collaborate on short-form content Reach out to studios, firms, and design schools and book demos Share customer feedback directly with the founders Send a simple weekly update on what’s working Who we’re looking for Based in the US, UK, UAE, or Australia Experience marketing or selling to architects, designers, creatives, or similar audiences Comfortable with short-form content and online communities Someone who takes ownership and cares about results Bonus: Architecture/interiors/archviz background, SaaS/AI experience, or an existing audience � Choose your track Track A — Commission only 30% of net revenue from every customer you bring in, for as long as they stay subscribed. Track B — Retainer + Commission $250/month + 25% of net revenue from every customer you bring in, for as long as they stay subscribed. Paid monthly under a written agreement. Why Plint?
