Plant Supervisor (Walkin - Mumbai, Chennai & Kochi)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily deployment and utilization of plant/equipment as per site requirements Coordinate with operators, drivers, and maintenance teams for equipment readiness Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate breakdown repairs Maintain equipment logs, utilization reports, and fuel/consumable records Ensure HSE compliance and permit-to-work adherence for plant operations Coordinate with site engineers for equipment requirements and scheduling Liaise with rental vendors/subcontractors for additional plant/equipment Inspect equipment condition, certifications, and load test validity (cranes, lifting gear) Monitor operator competency, licenses, and safety compliance Maintain documentation for equipment inspection, testing, and statutory compliance Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in plant supervision or a similar manufacturing leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and driving operational excellence. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and safety protocols. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Attached JDs for your reference. Age Criteria: Maximum age limit is 49 years For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR.
