Planning & Operations Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

You have 7 years+ proven experience in marketing operations, business operations or a related operational management role.You can analyse, interpret and summarise complex data, turning it into practical recommendations.You have advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, including data analysis, modelling, dashboard creation and data visualisation.You can use Microsoft Copilot effectively and create clear PowerPoint presentations for leadership audiences.You are organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.You take a proactive and collaborative approach to identifying problems, improving processes and challenging established ways of working.You understand marketing operations, performance measures and operational reporting.You have experience with budget tracking, capital expenditure processes or other financial workflows.You have designed or improved processes to increase operational efficiency.You have experience administering platforms or systems and can work effectively with technical stakeholders.You can build productive working relationships with Finance teams, business partners, external agencies and vendors.You communicate clearly in writing and in presentations, including with senior leadership audiences.You understand user experience principles and how they contribute to platform improvement.
