Planning Manager

Develop and execute comprehensive strategic and operational plans aligned with organizational objectives Analyze market trends, business performance data, and forecasting models to inform planning decisions Manage budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation across departments Oversee capacity planning and workforce optimization to ensure efficient operations Lead cross-functional teams in project planning, timeline development, and milestone tracking Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed analytical reports for senior leadership Identify process improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate planning initiatives to all organizational levels Assess and mitigate risks associated with strategic plans and operational initiatives Mentor and develop planning team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Customize planning processes and systems to meet evolving organizational needs Collaborate with department heads to align departmental plans with overall organizational strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in planning, management, or related roles Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational planning, and business forecasting Advanced proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and cost optimization Strong experience with resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce management Demonstrated project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools Experience with ERP systems and planning software platforms Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior leadership Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex business environments Experience in process improvement methodologies and operational optimization Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment
