Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the development of strategic planning initiatives to align organizational goals with market opportunities, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively forecast demand and supply, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or project management within a relevant industry, showcasing a track record of successful initiatives. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or PMP are highly preferred, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement. Experience in data analysis and forecasting methodologies, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or SAP. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey planning concepts to diverse audiences. Proven leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and motivating team members to achieve collective goals.
