Planning Engineer - Primavera P6

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead programmes, recovery plans, and revised project schedules. Monitor project progress, key milestones, delays, and compliance with contractual requirements. Update project schedules based on actual site progress, variations, and project changes. Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and performance updates. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project activities. Track and monitor the progress of landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, water feature, and civil works. Assist in delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, claims support, and project recovery planning. Maintain comprehensive planning documentation, schedules, progress reports, and project records. Identify potential schedule risks and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls. Experience in landscaping is mandatory Sound understanding of construction planning methodologies, resource allocation, and project lifecycle management. Skills & Competencies Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling techniques, progress measurement, and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary project teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, project documentation, and contractual procedures. Experience in landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, water feature, or civil engineering projects will be a distinct advantage. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Employment Type Full Time
