Pipe Fabricator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To responsible for all types of fabricator works. Desired Candidate Profile 10/12/ITI Passed. Good knowledge in English. 6-8 years in fabrication and erection of piping ability to read isometric drawings, shall demonstrate hands on skill in gas cutting (Oxy-Acetylene), fitment of piping assembly and fittings. Able to identify various types of pipe fittings, valves, gaskets, flanges, ability to mark layouts. Familiar with basic mathematical calculations, use of trigonometry ratios, use of scientific calculator. Ability to mark flange configuration of PCD and bolt holes, perform air carbon arc gouging. Fabricate pipe to pipe or pipe to WNRF/ Elbow as per Isometric drawing. Demonstrate cutting layout & calculation of 3" branch on 6" header and perform fit up. Demonstrate gas cutting on 6" pipe, mark PCD & bolt hole on plate for fabricating plate flanges.
