Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Performance Marketing Manager for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms Manage campaign budgets, spending pace, and performance reporting across all channels Develop and implement testing frameworks for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages Set up and maintain accurate campaign tracking and attribution using GA4, pixels, and UTM parameters Analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities Collaborate with internal teams on creative briefs, landing page optimization, and overall campaign strategy Desired Candidate Profile 2 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a SaaS or digital health environment Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads Solid understanding of campaign tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Native or near-native proficiency in German, with the ability to write effective marketing copy and a deep understanding of the local market Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong experimentation mindset with a continuous focus on testing and optimizing bidding strategies, automations, and workflows Bonus: Experience managing multi-location or local advertising campaigns, ideally across a distributed network of physical locations.
