This is a full-time, on-site role based in AJMAN for a Master Cutter, Pattern Maker.creating accurate patterns for a variety of garment types. The Master Cutter, Pattern Maker will cut fabric based on finalized patterns, supervise or coordinate with tailors, and ensure proper fit through test garments and adjustments. Daily tasks include checking fabric quality, planning layouts to minimize waste, and maintaining pattern libraries and documentation. The role also includes collaborating with designers and clients, ensuring quality control at each stage, and meeting agreed production timelines. We prefer candidate who can cut and stitch evening gowns and dresses
