Job Description

Client is seeking an experienced PAM Program Advisor to lead and manage enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee program execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of PAM initiatives aligned with business and security objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs.

Develop and manage program plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Partner with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to drive PAM initiatives.

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations for PAM adoption and governance.

Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.

Ensure PAM initiatives align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.

Drive continuous improvement and best practices across the PAM program.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs.

Strong Program Management experience with enterprise security initiatives.

Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience delivering large-scale cybersecurity or IAM programs.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
