Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Assist customers with product inquiries, Providing detailed information about sanitaryware products to enhance satisfaction and drive sales. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience within the sanitaryware industry, demonstrating strong knowledge of sales. processes and customer service. Valid UAE Driving License. Prior experience in the sanitaryware sector is essential. Nationality preference may apply to support cultural alignment and enhance customer engagement. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Strong command of Microsoft Office and showroom management software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to address customer concerns efficiently.
