Outdoor Sales Executive – Electronics

Drive electronics sales across co-operative society outlets, ensure strong product visibility, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for electronics products across assigned co-operative outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with co-operative purchase committees and outlet management
• Negotiate pricing, shelf space, product placement, and promotional activities with co-operative outlets
• Take orders and coordinate timely delivery with the logistics and warehouse teams
• Ensure proper product displays, stock availability, and placement of POS/promotional materials
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market activities
• Follow up on payment collections as per agreed credit terms
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market updates to management
• Attend co-operative purchase meetings and participate in tenders, as required
• Resolve outlet/customer queries and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/Bachelor's degree; Sales or Electronics background preferred 2–4 years' sales experience, preferably with co-operative societies in Kuwait Experience handling private label/private brand electronics products preferred Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory) Strong negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills Good product knowledge of electronics/appliances Arabic fluency required; English is an advantage Employment Type Full-time
