Job Overview
Contact customers to secure motor insurance renewals. Manage quotations, follow‑ups, confirmations, and policy‑issuance support. Cross‑sell complementary insurance products. Meet renewal conversion, premium, and productivity KPIs. Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes. Escalate complex cases to underwriting or claims teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong sales and communication skills. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections confidently. Customer‑centric approach with a high‑quality service mindset. Experience in outbound sales or insurance preferred. English required; Arabic is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
