OTR Planning Manager, Hub Delivery

Amazon is looking for a motivated OTR Planning Manager to join our Hub Delivery team in the UAE. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our Last Mile operations by developing and implementing efficient planning strategies. You will leverage data analytics to drive process improvements, manage key stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine OTR (Outbound to Retail) planning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Utilize data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
• Manage end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Communicate performance metrics and project updates to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Hub Delivery network
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency
• Handle stakeholder management, building strong relationships with internal and external partners
