Position: Organizational Change Manager

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description

Lead organizational change initiatives to support successful business transformation and technology adoption.

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.

Conduct stakeholder analysis and build engagement plans to drive alignment and sponsorship.

Assess organizational change impacts and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

Create and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change lifecycle.

Design and coordinate training programs to prepare employees for new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Manage resistance to change by addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and promoting user adoption.

Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful change implementation.

Monitor change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes using metrics and feedback mechanisms.

Reinforce change after implementation to ensure long-term adoption and realization of business benefits.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
