Oracle Utilities C2M Architect

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Experience: 15–20 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in the Utilities domain. Must have worked on multiple implementations and support projects involving Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing), Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management), and Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) across Power, Water, and Gas utilities. Required Skills and Expertise: Strong knowledge of CC&B and C2M modules, including Rates, Billing, Payments, Meter Read, Meter Management, Credit & Collections, Case Management, and New Connections. Strong knowledge of MDM functionalities, including Scalar and Interval Data, Events and Alarms, Commands, Remote Disconnect and Connect, VEE Rules, Device Management, Usage Management, Measuring Components, Device Events, Device Communication, Usage Subscription, TOU, IMD, and XML formats. Sound knowledge of OUAF development and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements and issue discussions with clients and provide sustainable solutions. Review and approve High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, custom programs, configurations, and unit test cases. Perform root cause analysis of issues and tickets, and define corrective and preventive actions. Identify automation and system improvement opportunities to reduce L2 and L3 support tickets and enhance customer experience. Manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Support and mentor team members in development, design, testing, debugging, and issue resolution. Preferred Certification: Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) Oracle Utilities CC&B and Oracle Utilities MDM certifications. Desired Candidate Profile Deep expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M modules, including Customer Hub, Billing, Meter Management, and Outage Management.
