Oracle Fusion Finance / Project Portfolio Management "PPM", Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Finance projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
• Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Fusion Finance consultants and project resources
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and translate requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions
• Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and issue logs
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business users, and senior management
• Drive adoption of project management best practices and Oracle Fusion Finance best practices
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and organizational policies
• Provide regular project status reports and presentations to stakeholders and leadership
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion Financials updates, industry trends, and project management methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance consulting and project management
• Proven track record managing Oracle Fusion Financials implementations or upgrades
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and Project management modules and financial business processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Qualifications
