Operations Supervisor - Dubai

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Implement and enforce loss prevention measures, with a focus on safeguarding small, high-value, and high theft items such as earrings, rings, and hair accessories. Monitor product movement and sales velocity to coordinate timely replenishment from the warehouse or suppliers, ensuring display fixtures remain fully stocked. Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify best-selling jewellery trends and slow-moving merchandise, and recommend appropriate actions. Coordinate with brand principle to place purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve product quality issues. Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays in line with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand merchandising guidelines. Prepare monthly staff rosters, ensuring adequate manpower coverage during peak trading hours, weekends, and public holidays. Train new sales associates on product knowledge, jewellery care, customer service standards, and effective upselling techniques. Monitor individual sales performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Conduct weekly cycle counts and support seasonal stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy across a large range of fast fashion jewellery SKUs. Desired Candidate Profile 3–4 years of experience in jewelry / in a similar role (UAE/India). UAE Driving License preferred. Female candidates preferred. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
