Operations Manager

Oversee and monitor the daily operations and workflow of the medical center. Supervise and follow up with Clinic Coordinators to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Monitor pending cases, operational issues, staff concerns, and follow-ups across the clinic. Identify any issues that may affect the smooth flow of operations and take appropriate action to resolve them. Handle operational cases and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely solutions. Escalate important or unresolved issues to the General Manager with clear updates and recommended solutions. Maintain continuous follow-up on all pending operational matters until closure. Coordinate between doctors, nurses, coordinators, reception, administration, and other departments when required. Ensure that clinic procedures and internal workflows are being properly followed. Identify operational gaps and suggest practical solutions and improvements to enhance efficiency. Monitor the overall patient journey and ensure smooth coordination between different stages of the clinic workflow. Support management in implementing new operational procedures, policies, and improvements. Prepare regular operational updates and report significant issues, pending matters, and improvement opportunities to the GM. Act proactively to prevent recurring operational problems rather than only reacting to them.
