Operations Executive

Operations Executive – Spa Industry Role Purpose The Operations Executive will support the smooth day-to-day operations of multiple spa branches and coordinate with branch teams, therapists, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Maintenance, and Management. Coordinate daily operations and requirements across multiple spa branches. Monitor branch performance, bookings, walk-ins, service delivery, and operational standards. Coordinate therapist availability, staff requirements, and roster planning. Check therapist job cards, bookings, attendance, and service records for accuracy. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Track operational issues, customer complaints, refunds, and follow up until resolution. Coordinate with Marketing on promotions and ensure proper implementation at branches. Coordinate with Finance on sales-related information, commissions, and deductions. Track branch maintenance and facility issues and follow up until closure. Coordinate with HR on attendance and employee-related information. Maintain effective communication between branches and support departments. Escalate unresolved issues to management and ensure timely follow-up. Key Performance Areas Smooth and efficient branch operations. Accurate and timely reporting. Effective staff and therapist coordination. Timely resolution of operational and customer issues. Proper implementation of promotions and operational instructions. Timely closure of maintenance and other pending issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple branches and priorities. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness operations is preferred.
