Operations Director/General Manager

Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple QSR / fast-food outlets. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, customer retention and profitability. Monitor and control food costs, labour costs, wastage, inventory and operating expenses. Analyse outlet P&Ls, sales reports and KPIs, implementing corrective actions to improve performance. Lead menu engineering, recipe costing, pricing strategies and product profitability. Identify business development opportunities, new outlet locations, partnerships and expansion channels. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms and optimise procurement costs. Coordinate with Marketing to improve promotions, delivery sales, upselling and customer acquisition. Recruit, lead, coach and develop outlet managers and operational teams. Ensure consistent food quality, customer service, hygiene and compliance with UAE regulations. Monitor stock control, purchasing, inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency. Prepare operational budgets, forecasts and performance reports for senior management. Utilise Foodics or comparable restaurant POS and reporting systems to monitor business performance. Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, sales growth and overall profitability. Desired Candidate Profile 5–8 years of experience in QSR / fast-food chain operations. Proven experience managing multiple outlets in the UAE, preferably Dubai. Strong expertise in revenue growth, food and labour cost control, and outlet profitability. Hands-on experience in menu engineering, inventory management, sales strategy and business development. Strong leadership, commercial negotiation and financial reporting skills. Foodics or comparable QSR POS system experience. European or Indian candidates preferred. Employment Type Full-time
