Operations/ Accounts Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Cash Office Management Record cash collections and manage petty cash. Track invoices and ensure accuracy in all cash-related tasks. Ensure all cash-related processes adhere to company policies. Communication & Reporting Assist in managing the flow of information between different teams. Generate reports using SAP, BI, and Tableau to track store performance. Store Operations Support back-office operations to ensure smooth running of the store. Assist with stock management on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Store Maintenance & Procurement Help maintain a clean and organized store environment. Assist in ordering supplies and managing store resources. Stock Management Help with inventory counts to ensure accurate stock records. Assist with receiving new shipments and organizing stock. Utilize stock loss result, stock record reports, and knowledge of processes/SOP to maintain accuracy. Required Skills To Be Successful: Retail operational experience, particularly in administrative roles. Proficiency in SAP, BI, and Tableau for reporting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
