Operational Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of technical works projects and maintenance activities. Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical teams to ensure efficient project execution. Manage MEP, maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and general technical works operations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Monitor workforce productivity, resource allocation, and operational performance. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Prepare operational reports, project updates, and performance analyses for management. Manage procurement requirements and ensure the availability of materials and equipment. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Resolve operational challenges and ensure client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and HSE standards. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in technical works, facilities management, or maintenance operations. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and technical services. Proven experience in managing projects, workforce, vendors, and subcontractors. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong client relationship and communication skills. Proficiency in preparing operational reports and project documentation. English is mandatory; Hindi is preferred. Male candidates preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference. UAE driving license is an added advantage.
