# Operations Manager

### Windows, Doors, Aluminum, Pergolas & Shade Structures

**Dar Al Emad Modern Industries** is seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Operations Manager** to lead and oversee all production and project execution activities within our Windows, Doors, Aluminum, Pergolas, and Shade Structures Division.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing manufacturing and installation operations while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time project delivery.

## Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing and installation operations.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise factory and site teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Warehouse, and Installation departments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Monitor project progress from production through final handover.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Improve productivity, optimize workflows, and minimize material waste.
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality project execution.

## Qualifications

• Minimum **10 years of experience** in Operations Management within Aluminum, Windows & Doors, Shade Structures, Pergolas, or Construction industries.
• Minimum **5 years of GCC experience** is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of:

• Aluminum systems
• Glass systems
• Steel fabrication
• Shade structures
• Pergolas
• Manufacturing and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in production planning and project execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Project Management software is an advantage.
• Good command of the English language. Arabic is an added advantage.
