Off rolls Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

ERP Stabilization & Support Lead resolution of critical finance-related issues within D365 Finance & Operations. Support month-end and year-end financial close activities. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, reconciliation, and integration issues. Work with business users to identify process gaps and implement sustainable solutions. Manage defect resolution and coordinate with implementation partners when required. Finance Process Excellence Support data extraction in required format for external and internal audit data provision and tie-out with financial records (TB, GL, inventory, AR and AP modules etc.) Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting processes. Improve financial controls and reduce manual interventions. Drive reconciliation of operational and financial reporting data. Support implementation of finance automation initiatives. Compliance & Regulatory Projects Lead finance workstreams for eInvoicing and other regulatory initiatives. Coordinate requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and go-live activities. Ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into business processes and system configurations. Reporting & Analytics Enablement Build new reports and amend existing reports in D365, including reconciliation of reports to trial balance and sub-ledgers Collaborate with BI teams to improve financial reporting and management dashboards. Enhance sub-ledger reporting capabilities. Implementation and optimization of financial cubes, reporting structures, and dimensional analysis. Improve visibility into departmental and operational spend. Transformation Programs Support implementation and enhancement of: Rebate Management Budgeting & Planning Expense Management Lease Accounting Treasury Integration Inventory Costing & Consignment Processes Financial Consolidation & Reporting Initiatives Stakeholder Management Partner with Finance leadership and business teams. Prepare functional specifications, business requirements, and process documentation. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities. Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline. Experience 6-10 years of ERP consulting experience. Minimum 4 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes. Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting environments. Experience working with large enterprise ERP implementations. Technical Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Financial Dimensions Chart of Accounts Data Management Framework Power Platform (preferred) ERP Integrations Financial Reporting Business Process Mapping Preferred Retail industry experience. Experience with Oracle integrations. Exposure to FCCS, Kyriba, or other TMS and Financial Consolidation solutions. Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance Employment Type Full-time
