Odoo Technical Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, the Odoo framework, PostgreSQL, and Odoosh, with experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations and customizations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules. Gather technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions. Develop custom modules, workflows, reports, and third-party integrations. Configure Odoo, manage user access, security, and data migration. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance. Collaborate with functional consultants, project teams, and business users. Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of developed solutions. Provide technical support and ensure smooth post-implementation operations. Stay updated with the latest Odoo technologies and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. Strong expertise in Python and the Odoo Framework. Experience with Odoosh, Odoo installation, deployment, and upgrades. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL. Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Hands-on experience in module customization, workflow automation, and system integration. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience in Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain (SCM) domains. Knowledge of CRM, eCommerce, or other ERP integrations. Odoo technical certification is an advantage.
