Odoo Software Specialist

Manage, support, and optimize the company’s Odoo ERP system. Configure and maintain Odoo modules including HR, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective Odoo solutions. Support system implementation, customization, upgrades, and integrations. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical and functional support. Manage user access, permissions, workflows, and automated processes. Prepare reports, dashboards, and system documentation. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support. Coordinate with internal departments and external Odoo developers/partners when required. Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and continuous process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems. Experience with Odoo configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Odoo Finance, HR, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Manufacturing modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Odoo certification or technical knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, or APIs. Employment Type Full-time
