Odoo Functional Consultant

Saudi Arabia | Relocation required Wesprime is looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant specialising in Odoo to join our growing startup in Saudi Arabia. This is a core role for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving business problems and helping build a company from the ground up. Candidates must have at least four years of Odoo experience and be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia. Role & responsibilities Lead customer discussions to understand business processes, challenges and functional requirements. Analyse requirements and map them to suitable Odoo modules and workflows. Conduct process gap analysis and recommend practical Odoo solutions. Prepare requirement documents, functional specifications and process flows. Configure Odoo and coordinate with developers on customisations and integrations. Manage implementation activities, including testing, user training, data migration support and go-live. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally, including during high-pressure situations. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track. Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum four years of hands-on experience specialising in Odoo. Strong understanding of Odoo modules, workflows and implementation practices. Proven experience in requirements gathering and customer-facing consulting. Excellent spoken and written English. Hindi and Arabic are an advantage. Confident managing customer expectations and tense situations. Willing and able to travel across Saudi Arabia. Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia and contribute actively to a startup environment.
