NOC & Application Monitoring Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a NOC & Application Monitoring Manager for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank! Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced NOC & Application Monitoring Manager to oversee the monitoring of production systems, applications, and infrastructure using observability tooling. Responsibilities Monitor all production systems, applications, and infrastructure on a 24/7 basis using observability tooling. Manage Network Operations Centre (NOC) activities to ensure real-time visibility of system availability and performance. Detect, triage, and escalate incidents, and execute first-line runbooks in accordance with defined operational playbooks. Produce daily and weekly operational health reports, including tracking and escalating Service Level Objective (SLO) breaches and recurring incident patterns. Establish and operate observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across applications and infrastructure. Enable proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of system reliability and performance. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 7 years of experience in NOC, Application Monitoring, IT Operations, or a similar role. Experience monitoring production systems, applications, and infrastructure. Experience managing Network Operations Centre (NOC) activities. Experience using observability tooling. Experience detecting, triaging, and escalating incidents. Experience executing first-line runbooks and operational playbooks. Experience producing operational health reports and tracking Service Level Objective (SLO) breaches. Experience establishing or operating observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Experience performing root cause analysis and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
