Nexthink DEX Expert

Design, implement, administer, and optimize the Nexthink DEX platform across enterprise environments. Monitor and analyze digital employee experience, device, application, and IT performance data. Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to improve employee experience and IT operations. Identify and troubleshoot endpoint, application, and performance issues using Nexthink analytics. Configure Nexthink campaigns, alerts, remote actions, and automation to improve IT support and user experience. Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, security, and service management teams to resolve issues and drive improvements. Provide technical support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience with Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform and enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of endpoint management, Windows, applications, networks, and IT service management. Experience with Nexthink dashboards, investigations, remote actions, campaigns, and analytics. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, or automation tools is a plus. Relevant IT certifications and experience in ITSM/ServiceNow are advantageous.
