Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Liferay DXP applications from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, to production support. Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead, mentor, and manage the development team, ensuring best practices, code quality, and timely delivery. Resolve complex technical challenges and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and adherence to enterprise standards. Manage CI/CD, deployment, release management, and production support activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Prepare and present technical designs, solution proposals, and project updates to business and technical audiences. Drive architecture governance, technical innovation, documentation, and continuous improvement. Strong expertise in Liferay DXP, Java, APIs, Microservices, and Agile, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
