Motorola B2B Sales Account Executive
Job Overview
Lenovo is looking for a B2B Sales Account Executive to drive Motorola smartphone sales across Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on government, semi-government, and private-sector customers. This is a full-time, Saudi Arabia-based role for an experienced technology sales professional with strong local market knowledge, customer relationships, and the ability to build sustainable B2B business growth. The role will support Lenovo s expanding local presence in KSA and will involve regular customer-facing engagement, coordination with internal teams, and collaboration across the wider MBG MEA organization. The successful candidate will be commercially driven, structured, and confident managing strategic opportunities in a fast-growing market. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B smartphone sales across government, semi-government, enterprise and private-sector accounts in Saudi Arabia. Build, manage, and expand strategic customer relationships to identify new business opportunities and long-term growth potential. Develop and maintain a strong business development pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity creation, progression, and conversion. Own accurate forecasting, CRM updates, pipeline visibility, and regular business reporting. Deliver revenue, margin, profitability, and growth targets in line with Lenovo s commercial objectives. Lead complex customer engagements, negotiations, and solution-selling activities across multiple customer segments. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, operations, regional MBG teams, and channel partners to deliver strong customer outcomes. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and local business opportunities to support sales planning and execution. Position Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of sales experience in the technology, mobility, consumer electronics, PC, smartphone, or broader IT hardware industry. Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, key account management and an established customer network within the local market Experience working with government, semi-government, enterprise, or large private-sector customers and managing government tenders and RFP's Good understanding of channel management, indirect sales models, public-sector buying environments, and the local technology ecosystem. Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, margin management, negotiation, pipeline management, and CRM discipline. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with the ability to communicate confidently in customer and internal business discussions. Strong relationship-building, presentation, influencing, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities in parallel.
