High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mobile technology are preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile device repair or related technical service roles. Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on various mobile platforms. Strong understanding of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android, is essential.
