Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Exceed sales targets by actively engaging customers and recommending the latest mobile devices and plans that fit their needs. Become a product expert, staying updated on new phone releases, features, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice. Conduct thorough device demonstrations, showcasing key functionalities and benefits to enhance the customer's understanding and desire. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, managing cash and card payments. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the consumer electronics or telecommunications industry. Minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales experience, demonstrating an ability to meet and exceed quotas. Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and current smartphone technology.
