Mobile Applications Technical Lead - IOS Application

Technical lead for Mobile Squad. Owns iOS/Android/Harmony OS delivery, code quality, and architecture decisions for the mobile platform. Lead the Mobile Applications Squad, providing technical leadership and guidance across all mobile development initiatives. Own the end-to-end delivery of mobile applications on iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS platforms. Define and enforce mobile architecture, coding standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Conduct code reviews and oversee technical deliverables to ensure compliance with architectural and quality standards. Drive technical decision-making, resolve complex development challenges, and support production issue resolution. Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions. Monitor application performance, security, and reliability, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance the mobile platform. Mentor and coach mobile developers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Google Associate Android Developer or Android Developer Certification Apple App Development with Swift Certification Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) – HarmonyOS (preferred) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer – Associate Scrum Master (PSM or CSM) or Agile-related certification Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience specializing in mobile application architecture and cross platform development using React Native & Flutter, delivering enterprise-grade solutions for large-scale, regulated, and high-traffic organizations. Proven track record in defining mobile strategies, building scalable and secure applications, and leading end-to-end delivery across iOS and Android platforms.
