Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic team in North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all electrical-related activities on our large-scale, mission critical Data Center project, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the electrical construction process, including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
Coordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage and oversee team of ~100 Electricians, ensuring their work meets our quality and safety standards.
Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects.
Handle mission-critical aspects of projects, ensuring all electrical systems are robust and reliable.
Work on hyperscale projects, managing the electrical needs of large-scale, complex construction projects.
Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
Proven experience working on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
Demonstrated expertise in mission-critical data center projects, however experience with EV, Pharma, or related are acceptable.
Strong skills in site coordination, ensuring smooth project execution.
Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets.
Must have experience working in a Union currently or in the past.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
