MIS Officer

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect and validate data from various departments to ensure accuracy. Support in maintaining and updating internal databases and tracking sheets. Help develop dashboards and simple data visualizations for management. Coordinate with teams to gather required information for reporting. Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and system updates. Provide basic troubleshooting support for MIS-related queries. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems , Computer Science , Business Administration , Statistics , or related field. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience. Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred). Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
