Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports, supporting accounting and finance functions, monitoring inventory and operations, developing business dashboards, and providing management with timely and accurate business insights.

The role requires close coordination with Management, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations to improve reporting accuracy, streamline business processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Management Information Systems (MIS)

Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual MIS reports.

Design and maintain management dashboards using Microsoft Excel.

Generate Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Financial, Operational, and Profitability reports.

Analyze business performance, KPIs, trends, and variances.

Develop automated reports to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.

Business Analysis & Reporting

Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, procurement, and operational KPIs.

Prepare variance analysis and management reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Present meaningful reports and recommendations to management.

Accounts & Finance

Record accounting transactions in Tally ERP Prime.

Maintain General Ledger, Customer & Supplier Ledgers.

Prepare Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, and Journal Vouchers.

Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Perform Bank Reconciliation and assist in month-end and year-end closing.

Prepare Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, and other financial reports.

Operations, Inventory & Procurement

Monitor inventory transactions, stock movement, and warehouse operations.

Prepare Inventory Aging, Stock Reconciliation, and Reorder reports.

Coordinate Purchase Orders, supplier follow-ups, and delivery schedules.

Support daily operational activities and improve workflow efficiency.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MIS, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or Business Analysis.

Experience in Trading, Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
