MIS Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business reports. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Design and automate reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools. Monitor business performance and identify trends or anomalies. Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations. Coordinate with different departments to gather reporting requirements. Maintain databases and troubleshoot data-related issues. Document reporting processes and maintain MIS standards. Assist in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in MIS, business analysis, or data reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA preferred) SQL Power BI or Tableau Microsoft Office Suite ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) Basic knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
