Mid-Level Front-End Angular Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Mid-Level Front-End Angular Engineer with solid experience building modern web applications using Angular 20+, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx . The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Angular application development, component-based architecture, REST API integration, responsive design, testing, and front-end performance. The candidate will work closely with senior developers, backend engineers, QA, UX/UI designers, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and maintainable applications. Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using Angular 20+ . Build reusable Angular components, services, directives, pipes, and modules. Implement features based on business and technical requirements. Integrate Angular applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Implement application state management using NgRx and RxJS . Follow established Angular architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. Work with Angular Standalone Components , routing, dependency injection, forms, guards, and interceptors. Implement lazy loading and other Angular performance optimization techniques. Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces based on UX/UI designs. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent application behavior. Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and performance issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and DevOps teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Contribute to CI/CD processes and application deployment activities. Stay up to date with modern Angular features, best practices, and ecosystem developments. Key Skills Angular & Front-End Development Strong hands-on experience with Angular 20+ . Strong knowledge of TypeScript . Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) . Strong understanding of RxJS and Observables . Experience with NgRx and state management. Good understanding of Angular components, services, directives, pipes, forms, routing, and dependency injection. Experience with Angular Standalone Components . Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS . Experience with Angular Material or similar Angular UI libraries. Good understanding of responsive web design. Angular Architecture Understanding of component-based and modular architecture. Experience creating reusable Angular components and services. Understanding of lazy loading and code splitting. Good understanding of Angular dependency injection. Familiarity with Nx monorepos is a plus. Exposure to Micro-Frontend architecture is a plus. Familiarity with Module Federation is a plus. API & Integration Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs . Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, headers, and authentication. Experience working with Angular HttpClient . Ability to troubleshoot API integration issues. Understanding of JSON-based API communication. State Management Practical experience with NgRx . Good understanding of RxJS operators and reactive programming. Experience managing application and feature-level state. Familiarity with Angular Signals and modern Angular reactive patterns is a plus. Testing & Quality Experience writing unit tests for Angular applications. Familiarity with Jasmine, Jest, or Karma . Experience with end-to-end testing using Cypress or Playwright . Understanding of testable and maintainable Angular code. Strong attention to code quality and maintainability. Performance & Accessibility Understanding of Angular performance optimization. Experience with lazy loading, change detection optimization, and bundle optimization. Understanding of browser performance and Core Web Vitals. Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards . Awareness of secure front-end development practices. Cloud & DevOps Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines . Experience working with Azure DevOps is preferred. Familiarity with deploying Angular applications to Azure or similar cloud platforms. Basic understanding of Docker is a plus. Soft Skills Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively within a development team. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into working solutions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Required 3 5 years of professional front-end development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Angular . Professional experience with Angular 20+ or strong experience with recent Angular versions. Strong knowledge of TypeScript . Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) . Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS . Practical experience with RxJS . Experience with NgRx or another Angular-compatible state management solution . Experience building reusable and maintainable Angular components. Experience integrating Angular applications with REST APIs . Good understanding of Angular routing, forms, dependency injection, guards, and interceptors. Experience with Angular Material is preferred. Experience with unit testing and/or end-to-end testing. Good understanding of responsive design and web accessibility. Understanding of front-end performance optimization. Familiarity with Git and standard software development workflows. Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams. Experience collaborating with backend developers, QA, UX/UI, and DevOps teams. Driving License Required.
