Mid Associate HR Business Partner for Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Cycle: Support the full recruitment cycle, including: CV screening and shortlisting. Candidate calls and initial assessments. Conducting and/or coordinating interviews. Preparing and following up on offers. Hiring and onboarding plans. Ensure a smooth and effective candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 2. Performance Management: Support PMS validation and ensure performance data is accurate and aligned with established standards. Monitor and analyze KPIs and team performance Identify performance gaps and areas for improvement. Support the development of corrective action plans and follow up on their implementation. 3. Business Partnering & Analysis : Support HR Business Partnering activities related to strategy and team performance. Conduct CBIs and support the preparation of related reports and analysis. Prepare regular HR and performance reports to support decision-making. Follow up on agreed actions and ensure timely completion and implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or any related field. HR Diploma and/or relevant courses, preferably in Performance Management Good understanding of the Recruitment Cycle* Knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI setting, validation, and analysis. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow up on action plans and ensure proper implementation.
