Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) development
• Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and full-stack development
• Hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements
• Experience in creating custom workflows, plugins, and integrations using C# and .NET frameworks
• Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications through REST APIs, web services, and middleware
• Practical experience with data migration activities and Dynamics 365 upgrades
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially for integration and system functionality issues
• Ability to work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless user experience and robust backend performance
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. Ability to design and deliver solutions with focus on performance optimization, scalability, and security
• Ability to prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Work Items, and Git Repository for source code management
• Strong ownership mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively under pressure within a team environment
• Experience in banking or enterprise sectors is preferred
• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate (Optional)
