MEP Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive MEP cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment. Review and analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and Revit models to ensure cost accuracy. Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and Revit models for all MEP systems. Monitor and control project costs vs. budget, with regular forecasting of potential overruns. Manage, prepare, and negotiate variations and change orders effectively. Conduct value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Prepare cost reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient cost control and project delivery. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, electrical or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field. Holds relevant certifications such as MRICS or equivalent, demonstrating professional competency and ethical standards. Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in MEP quantity surveying, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Exhibits strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliance in all projects.
