MEP Project Manager

Oversee the coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure seamless integration into the project. Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all MEP systems while adhering to budget constraints. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP project management, preferably in commercial or large-scale projects. Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable. Experience with building codes, standards, and regulations specific to MEP systems in the region of work. Employment Type Full-time
