MEP Project Manager full time

Manage and oversee the complete MEP scope of projects. Plan, coordinate, and supervise Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage works. Manage project programs, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources. Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, and other trades. Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. Ensure that site works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications. Monitor daily and weekly project progress and prepare progress reports. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues on site. Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate material procurement and ensure materials are available according to the project schedule. Manage subcontractors and suppliers and monitor their performance. Attend project meetings and provide technical and progress updates. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards. Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP construction and project management. Proven experience managing MEP projects from planning through completion and handover. Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage systems. Strong knowledge of MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, specifications, and as-built drawings. Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and authorities. Ability to manage and coordinate site teams, engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, manpower, materials, and resources. Ability to monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule. Experience with UAE construction projects is required; Dubai experience is preferred. Good knowledge of UAE standards, regulations, and authority requirements. Knowledge of DEWA and Dubai Municipality requirements is an advantage. Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements on construction sites. Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and inspection processes. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, solve technical/site problems, and make effective decisions. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Employment Type Full-time
