MEP Project Manager

We are a UAE-based general contracting company looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the MEP works on our construction projects. Manage the complete MEP scope of the project from mobilization to testing, commissioning and handover Plan, schedule and monitor MEP works to meet project time, cost and quality targets Lead and coordinate the MEP engineers, site team and subcontractors Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals and method statements Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractor team and UAE authorities (DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defence, etc.) Control MEP budget, procurement, variations and subcontractor payments Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements Report project progress, risks and issues to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently located in the UAE (candidates outside the UAE will not be considered) More than 5 years of experience as an MEP Project Manager in the UAE with a construction / contracting company (contracting field experience is a must) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; PMP is an advantage Proven track record of delivering MEP works on building projects in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE authority approvals, testing & commissioning and handover procedures Strong leadership, planning, cost control and communication skills Immediate joiners will be given preference Employment Type Full-time
