MEP Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and analyze MEP systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, while optimizing energy efficiency for sustainable building performance. Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs, focusing on functionality and aesthetics. Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify the installation and performance of MEP systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for MEP systems, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, with a focus on MEP systems design and analysis. Professional engineering license or certification, such as LEED AP, indicating expertise in sustainable design practices. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP engineering within commercial and residential projects, showcasing a proven track record of successful implementations. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and BIM technologies for effective project development.
