Medical Sales & Patient Coordinator

Manage incoming leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, website enquiries, social media and advertising campaigns. Contact new leads quickly and professionally. Understand each patient’s needs and recommend the appropriate consultation, treatment or service. Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and ultimately into paying patients. Follow up consistently with undecided leads until a clear outcome is reached. Re-engage old leads and patients who previously showed interest but did not book. Follow up with no-shows and cancelled appointments to recover potential business. Handle objections regarding price, timing, treatment concerns and hesitation in a professional sales-focused manner. Work toward monthly booking, conversion and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of every lead, contact attempt, booking and outcome. Arrange and confirm patient appointments. Coordinate schedules and patient requirements with doctors, nurses and reception staff. Ensure smooth communication between the patient and the clinical team before and after appointments. Follow up with patients when appropriate to support treatment-plan conversion and repeat business. Provide management with clear updates on lead status, conversions and sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience. Proven ability to convert enquiries and leads into paying customers. Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills. Confidence communicating with customers by phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face. Persistent and disciplined follow-up skills. Target-driven mindset and willingness to work with sales KPIs. Excellent organization and appointment-management skills. Ability to coordinate professionally with doctors, nurses and other clinic staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English. Arabic is highly preferred. Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, medical center, dental clinic, beauty/wellness business, healthcare sales or high-ticket service sales is highly preferred. Experience with CRM systems or lead-management tools is an advantage. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment with sales targets and incentives/commission.
