Mechanical Engineer – MEP

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop HVAC systems, ensuring optimal thermal comfort and air quality for building occupants. Specify and select appropriate mechanical equipment, including pumps, fans, chillers, and boilers, for efficient building operation. Conduct detailed engineering calculations for load estimations, pipe sizing, and ductwork design, adhering to industry standards. Produce clear and accurate mechanical drawings and specifications for tender and construction purposes. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in MEP design and project management within the building services sector. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification is highly desirable. Proven expertise in HVAC system design, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
